It’s helpful to ensure that your windows are easily accessible by moving any furniture, curtains, or blinds that may obstruct access. Also, secure any valuable or fragile items near the windows to prevent accidents. Don’t worry if you can’t move a big item, we can usually work around it, or move it for you.

Can I get a estimate or price quote for my job?

Can you clean windows on upper floors or hard-to-reach areas?

Yes, our team of professionals are equipped to handle windows on upper floors and difficult-to-reach areas. We utilize specialized carbon fiber poles, to safely and effectively clean high windows. We have poles that can reach up to 90 feet, so most of the time we don’t even use a ladder.

Do I need to remove window screens before the cleaning process?

We always remove and wash your window screens as part of our cleaning service. Most window cleaners want to charge extra for this, not us. We take pride in including everything on every job, every time.

How often should I get my residential windows cleaned?

The frequency of window cleaning depends on several factors such as location, environmental conditions, and personal preferences. As a general guideline, it is recommended to have your windows cleaned at least twice a year. However, if you are in a salty environment, or have a lot of air born dust, you may want to consider it much more frequently. We have plans for as frequently as weekly to one time per year to fit your needs.
